What to include
Describe the problem, which device and browser you use, and what you expected to happen. For account questions, write from the email address associated with your sign-in when possible. We may ask you to verify ownership before discussing saved information.
Please do not email passwords, verification codes, bank details, card numbers, or screenshots containing those details. Share only the trip information needed to explain the issue.
Questions about a payment?
Contact your trip organizer about an incorrect share or a request marked unpaid. Payments happen directly through the selected provider. Our Trip Tab cannot reverse a transfer or confirm that a payment arrived in someone else’s account.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of Our Trip Tab, email us with the subject “Privacy request.” See our Privacy Policy for details about the information the app handles.
Our Trip Tab is operated by Jed Sims. Support mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s inbox.
